Refund Policy 

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out and you may need to return a product. Here's our refund policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for items returned within 7 days of delivery. However, please note that the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus any shipping and convenience costs involved.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and must include all accessories and documentation that were included in the original shipment. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that if you received free shipping on your original purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, any convenience fees, such as credit card processing fees or other transaction fees, will also be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria or are deemed to be in unsatisfactory condition. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Return Policy

 We accept returns of the product within 7 days post purchase. Please note we try our best to arrange for the pick up of the item. However there may arise a case where we are unable to find a courier partner for the pick up of product. In this scenario, you will have to send the product back to us from your own means.

 

Replacement Policy 

In case you receive a size which does not suit you, we will arrange a replacement of the same. The process is as follows -

1. Reach out to us through email (podoliteshopify@gmail.com) or through WhatsApp help available on our web store

2. we arrange for the pick up of the item within 2 days post request

3. After pick up has been successfully made, we place a new replacement order that gets shipped within 2-3 days post the pick up

Total Timeline - 15 days.

We accept no color or design replacement.
